2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Supply requested content (logos, photos, business info, etc.) in a timely manner

Review and approve drafts before print or publication

Ensure your business complies with all relevant laws, licensing, and advertising standards

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or late materials from you.

3. Payments & Billing

Payment terms vary per service and will be outlined in your invoice or agreement.

Recurring services (e.g., monthly management or software plans) renew automatically unless canceled.

Failure to pay may result in paused services or loss of access to tools, software, or automations.

All postcard ad spaces must be paid in full before the mailing deadline.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed, particularly for digital deliverables or postcard ads already sent to print.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Monthly Services

You may cancel anytime with written notice. Completed work, services already delivered, and the current billing period are non-refundable.

Postcards

Once a postcard is submitted for printing or the design work has started, refunds are not available.

Digital Products / Courses / Snapshots

All sales are final due to instant access and digital delivery.

5. Use of AI & Automation Tools

Some services rely on third-party AI or automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, OpenAI, Zapier, Instantly).

You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may require review or editing

We cannot guarantee system uptime or outputs from third-party providers

We are not liable for errors, omissions, or unexpected results produced by AI systems

You agree not to misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer any automation, template, or system we provide.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise:

All designs, automation templates, funnels, training materials, and digital assets created by us remain our intellectual property

You receive a license to use these materials for your business only

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute these assets without written permission

Content you provide remains your property.

7. Marketing & Portfolio Use

You grant us permission to display:

Completed designs

Websites or postcard layouts

Before/after results

Non-sensitive performance metrics

…in our portfolio, advertising, or marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

We are not responsible for business losses, lost revenue, missed opportunities, or indirect damages

We do not guarantee specific results (rankings, sales, conversions, etc.)

Marketing outcomes vary based on budget, competition, seasonality, and market conditions

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Our website or services may connect you to external tools or websites.
We are not responsible for:

Their reliability

Use of external platforms is at your own discretion.
